How ordering works

A simple, manually-verified Zelle workflow

We don't process credit cards. Every order is paid via Zelle and verified by our team before fulfillment. Here's exactly what to expect.

    Build your cart

    Add the items you need. Cart contents are saved against your browser session.

  2. 2

    Receive Zelle instructions

    When you check out, you'll receive the Zelle recipient, exact amount, and your order number on the confirmation page and in your email.

  3. 3

    Send the exact amount through Zelle

    Send the exact total to wade@veramino.com. Include your order number in the Zelle message so we can match your transfer quickly.

  4. 4

    Submit payment confirmation

    Click 'I sent my Zelle payment' on your order page and provide the sender name shown on your Zelle account.

  5. 5

    Admin verifies and fulfills

    Once we match your payment, your order is marked Payment Matched and moves into processing. You'll receive a tracking number when it ships.

Important

  • Send the exact total in one Zelle transfer.
  • Include your order number in the Zelle message.
  • Submit the payment confirmation form so we can match your transfer.
  • If you don't pay within the reservation window, your order will expire and inventory will be released.
